chartmoggr ("we", "us") operates chartmoggr.com (the "Service"), a game in which you trade anonymized historical price charts with simulated money. This policy explains what we collect and why. The Service is a game for entertainment and education only and is not financial advice.

Information we collect

Account data. If you sign in, we store your email address to identify your account.
Gameplay data. Your career progress (bankroll, streak, rounds) and chart preferences.
Technical data. IP address, approximate sign-in times, and basic device/browser information, used for security, abuse prevention, and diagnostics.
Cookies. A first-party session cookie keeps you signed in. Advertising partners may set their own cookies (see below).

How we use it

To provide accounts and save your progress across devices.
To secure the Service and detect abuse.
To operate and improve the game.

Advertising

We use Google AdSense to display ads. Google and its partners may use cookies or device identifiers to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising via Google Ads Settings, and learn more at Google’s advertising policies.

Service providers

We share data only with providers that help us run the Service: hosting (Heroku), database (Neon), transactional email (Resend), and advertising (Google). Each processes data on our behalf.

Data retention & your rights

We keep account data until you ask us to delete it. To access or delete your data, email privacy@chartmoggr.com. The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new date.
